Elektrotechnische Arbeiten
Lots Lot 1 — Nürnberg, Regensburger Straße 104 - 106, 440-Sonstige Elektrische Anlagen: Die Maßnahme erfolgt im KG, im EG und im OG des ehemaligen Rechenzentrums. Die Arbeiten umfassen im wesentlich eine neue Stromversorgung, die über 7 Stk neue Unterverteiler neu aufgebaut wird. Die Kabelwege sind überwiegend im Doppelboden und werden über Kabelrinnen realisiert. Es werden ca. 1.000m Kabelrinnen verlegt. Weiter werden ca. 150.000m Kabel (Stark- und Schwachstrom, MSR/GLT) gezogen. Ein weiterer wesentlicher Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung ist die Beleuchtung, die vor allem aus Anbauleuchten und Profilleuchten (als Ringleuchten, viereckige Aufbauten und Lineare Leuchten) neu errichtet wird. Die Anzahl der Leuchten umfasst ca. 950 Stk. Es werden ca. Es werden ausschließlich LED-Leuchten verbaut. Für die IT wird eine neue Infrastruktur aufgebaut, die über 5 neue Netzwerkstandschränke realisiert wird. Ein elektrischer Sonnenschutz (Steuerung) für knapp 250 Motoren und eine Rauchabzugsanlage (RWA) sind ebenfalls Bestandteil der Maßnahme.
