Lots Lot 1 — Gebäudeautomation / MSR Kita und Bürogebäude Melaten: Bei der zu errichtenden baulichen Anlage handelt es sich um ein sechsgeschossiges, nicht unterkellertes KiTa- und Bürogebäude. Die maximalen Abmessungen des Gebäudes betragen ca. 37,43 m in der Länge, ca. 33,00 m in der Breite und ca. 21,26 m in der Höhe. Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die Lieferung, Montage, Programmierung, Inbetriebnahme und Dokumentation der Mess-, Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik (MSR) einschließlich Gebäudeautomation für den Neubau. Die Leistung umfasst sämtliche erforderlichen Sensoren, Aktoren, Schalt- und Regelkomponenten, Schaltschränke sowie die Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik zur Überwachung und Regelung der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung. Weiterhin umfasst die Leistung die vollständige betriebsfertige Herstellung, Aufschaltung und Inbetriebnahme der MSR-Anlage, einschließlich erforderlicher Schnittstellen zu den technischen Anlagen des Gebäudes. Die Erstellung der Bestands- und Revisionsunterlagen, Einweisung des Betreibers sowie die Wartung und Instandhaltung der MSR-Technik über den vereinbarten Wartungszeitraum sind ebenfalls Bestandteil der Vergabe.
