Das Baufeld befindet sich im rückwärtigen, westlichen Teil des Klinikums. Bestandteile der ausgeschriebenen Leistungen sind unter anderem: Liefern, Installieren, Erweitern, Aufschalten, Inbetriebnehmen und Dokumentieren von - 29 Automationsstationen - 93 Schaltschrankfeldern - ca. 85.000m Kabel - ca. 11.000m Steckrohr - ca. 400m Kabelrinnen - Automationsprogrammen - Feld- und Automationsgeräten für die technischen Anlagen der Kostengruppen 410 bis 470 - eine Rauchabzugsanlage zur unterstützenden Rauchableitung - Funktionsprüfungen, 1:1-Tests, und Probebetrieben (einzeln und gewerkeübergreifend) - Bestands- und Revisionsdokumenten Alle Leistungen verstehen sich einschließlich der erforderlichen Engineering-, Montage-, Prüf-, Inbetriebnahme- und Dokumentationsleistungen.
