Im Rahmen des Projekts "ABS/NBS Hamburg - Lübeck – Puttgarden (Hinterlandanbindung FBQ)“, wird die westliche Seite der Rastanlage Hasselburger Mühle der BAB A1 in Richtung Süden verlegt, da die Neubaustrecke durch die bestehende Rastanlage verläuft. Auf dem aktuellen Standort der Rastanlage besteht eine Funkmastanlage, die von der Autobahn GmbH betrieben wird. Diese Mastanlage ist Teil des Tetrapolsystems, ein digitales, zellulares- Bündelfunksystem für Sprach- und Datenübertragung der Firma Airbus, was in diesem Fall den Datenaustausch der Autobahn ermöglicht. Die Umverlegung der Rastanlage verursacht einen Ersatz der Funkmastanlage auf dem neuen Standort. Als Verursacher dieser Maßnahme ist die DB InfraGO AG zuständig für die Planung der neuen Rastanlage.
