Die Wohnanlage des Hochhauses befindet sich in 12353 Berlin-Buckow, Ringslebenstr. 82 86 und Mollner Weg 37 Die Gebäude wurden um das Jahr 1974 errichtet. Die Hochhauszeilen gliedern sich in 3 Haustypen Ringslebenstr. 82, 17 Geschosse, Ringslebenstr. 84 und 86, 12 Geschosse und Mollner Weg 37 14 Geschosse. In der Ringslebenstr. 84 und 86 sowie dem Mollner Weg 37 befinden sich Gewerbeeinheiten im Erdgeschoss. Alle Gebäudeteile werden einer umfassenden energetischen Modernisierung mit begleitender Strangsanierung unterzogen. Während der Baumaßnahme sind die Gebäude unbewohnt. Im Bestand sind 257 Wohnungen und 6 Gewerbeeinheiten. Leistungsinhalt – Gewerk Elektro KG 440 - Zählerplätze auf den Etagen in allen Häusern einschl.
