Lots Lot 1 — Elektrobus_VVB_02/2026: Gegenstand ist die Lieferung eines gebrauchten, batterieelektrisch angetriebenen Niederflur-Solobusses der Fahrzeugklasse I mit zwei Fahrgasttüren einschließlich der nachstehend beschriebenen Sonderausstattungen, Anbauteile, Einbauvorbereitungen und technischen Schnittstellen. Das Fahrzeug muss bei Übergabe betriebsbereit, verkehrssicher und zur Zulassung sowie zum bestimmungsgemäßen Einsatz im öffentlichen Linienverkehr in Deutschland geeignet sein. Das Angebot muss das konkret angebotene Einzelfahrzeug eindeutig identifizieren; die Lieferung eines nicht näher bestimmten Vergleichsfahrzeugs ist ausgeschlossen. Das Fahrzeug darf höchstens vier Jahre alt sein und höchstens 90.000 km Gesamtlaufleistung aufweisen (Nachweise siehe Abschnitt 2a).
