Rohbauarbeiten für Baumaßnahmen in 15711 Königs Wusterhausen im Landkreis Dahme-Spreewald in Brandenburg. Die Mittelstadt liegt im Süden des Berliner Ballungsraums.

Lots Lot 1 — Rohbauarbeiten: Bildungszentrum der HWK Cottbus in 15711 Königs Wusterhausen: Die Handwerkskammer Cottbus (nachfolgend HWK Cottbus) ist Eigentümerin eines ca. 12.800 m² großen Grundstücks in 15711 Königs Wusterhausen, Heinrich-Heine-Straße 54b (Gemarkung: Königs Wusterhausen, Flur: 4, Flurstück: 329). Das Grundstück ist als flach ohne größere Topografie zu beschreiben. Unterstützt durch Fördermittel aus dem EFRE/JTF-Programm 2021-2027 soll auf diesem Grundstück bis Mitte des Jahres 2028 eine moderne innovativ-handwerkliche Bildungsstätte für folgende Gewerke errichtet werden: Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Elektrotechniker, Kraftfahrzeugmechatroniker, Metallbauer und Büromanagement und den Hybriden aus den genannten Gewerken. Die für diese Baumaßnahme erforderlichen Rohbauarbeiten werden mit diesem Verfahren vergeben. Der Beginn der Rohbauarbeiten ist für den 03.12.2026 und die Fertigstellung für den 18.08.2027 vorgesehen.
