Im Rahmen des offenen Verfahrens wird ein Stück Mikro-Dispens-System ausgeschrieben.

Lots Lot 1 — Mikro-Dispens-System (OV, PR1208017) (estimated 240000.00): Die Gruppe Mikrosysteme, LTCC und HTCC des Fraunhofer IKTS ist spezialisiert auf die Entwicklung hochintegrierter keramischer Mehrlagensysteme und die Funktionalisierung von Oberflächen für die Hochfrequenz-, Sensor- und Messtechnik. Ein Fokus liegt dabei auf der Additiven Fertigung elektronischer Strukturen auf komplexen 2D und 3D-Geometrien sowie der Integration passiver Komponenten. Um die Kompetenzen im Bereich des Digital Printing und der 3D-Systemintegration zu erweitern, soll im Rahmen des Beschaffungsvorhabens, das durch eine Kofinanzierung der Europäischen Union finanziert wird (Förderkennzeichen EFRE InfraProNet 2021-2027, Antrag 100786592, Kontonummer 3001119322), ein Dis-pens-System beschafft werden, welches hochaufgelöste Strukturen abscheiden kann. Dieses System ist gezielt für die Erzeugung von Mikrostrukturen mit höchster geometrischer Präzision und einer Auflösung im einstelligen Mikrometerbereich vorgesehen. Ein wesentlicher Vorteil liegt in der Fähigkeit, hochviskose Pasten (bis zu 2.500.000 cP) bei gleichzeitig kleinen Strukturbreiten (ab 1 µm) materialsparend und reproduzierbar zu verarbeiten. Dies ermöglicht eine wirtschaftliche Fertigung kleinster Funktionsstrukturen auf variablen Substrattopografien ohne die Notwendigkeit einer Maskentechnik.
