Im Rahmen der Vergabe wird ein Vermessungsbüro mit Deponieerfahrung gesucht, welches sowohl den Bestandsplan der Deponie pflegt als auch alle Vermessungsleistungen am Standort Fahrwiesendamm 100, 28219 Bremen durchführt.

Lots Lot 1 — Vermessungsleistungen auf der Blocklanddeponie: Die Blocklanddeponie liegt am westlichen Rand Bremens in unmittelbarer Nähe der A 27 Bremen - Bremerhaven (siehe Abbildung 1). Der erste Deponieabschnitt ist im Jahr 1969 in Betrieb gegangen. Seitdem wurde die Deponie in unregelmäßigen Abständen erweitert. Im jetzigen Ausbauzustand besteht die Blocklanddeponie aus einem aktiven Deponieabschnitt der Klasse I (ca. 3 ha), einem aktiven Deponieabschnitt der Klasse III (ca. 11 ha) sowie einem in der Stilllegungsphase befindlichen Altteil der Klasse 0. Die gesamte Deponiefläche beträgt ca. 40 ha. Zu den deponietechnischen Anlagen gehören ein hydraulisches Sicherungssystem für den Deponiealtteil, ein Kontrollfeld für die multifunktionale Abdichtung des Deponieabschnitts der Klasse III sowie ein Blockheizkraftwerk für die Verwertung des anfallenden Deponiegases. Am Standort der Deponie befinden sich mehrere Fotovoltaikanlagen, zwei Windräder sowie die Recyclingstation Blockland, die nach Kundenfrequenz und Abfallmenge größte Bremer Recycling-Station.
