Lieferung von HVO100-Kraftstoff für die Kommunalverkehr Rhein Nahe GmbH (KRN).
Lots Lot 1 — Lieferung von HVO für das Liniennetz der Kommunalverkehr Rhein-Nahe GmbH: Auftraggeber in diesem Vergabeverfahren ist die KRN Kommunalverkehr Rhein-Nahe GmbH. Der Auftraggeber ist eine 100%ige Gesellschaft der Landkreise Bad Kreuznach, Mainz-Bingen und der Stadt Bad Kreuznach. Unternehmensgegenstand des Auftraggebers ist die Erbringung von Leistungen des öffentlichen Personennahverkehrs (ÖPNV) im Verkehrsgebiet der vorgenannten Gesellschafter. Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung beschafft die KRN HVO100-Kraftstoff. Die KRN schätzt, dass jährlich ca. 1.200.000 Liter HVO100-Kraftstoff benötigt werden. Die Mengenangabe spiegelt den aktuellen Stand der Einschätzung der KRN wider und kann sich im Laufe der Ausschreibung ändern. Die Lieferungen erfolgen vom 01.01.2027 bis zum 31.12.2029 (Grundlaufzeit) mit einer einseitigen Option der KRN, den Lieferzeitraum bis zum 31.12.2030 zu erweitern. Die Option ist durch die KRN schriftlich bis zum 31.10.2028 auszuüben. Der HVO100-Kraftstoff ist jeweils zum Betriebshof des Auftraggebers, Ringstraße 128a, 55543 Bad Kreuznach zu liefern. Das Tankstellenvolumen bei der KRN beträgt ca. 200.000 Liter. Die Lieferung des HVO100-Kraftstoffes hat bedarfsgerecht auf Abruf des Auftraggebers innerhalb einer Frist von 24 Stunden nach Abruf per E-Mail zu erfolgen. Der erste Abruf des HVO100-Kraftstoffes wird frühestens im 1. Quartal 2027 erfolgen. Die Lieferung erfolgt ca. 3x im Monat mit jeweils ca. 30.000 Litern HVO100-Kraftstoff. Weitere Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung.
