Lots Lot 1 — Baumeister - Sanierung der ehem. Bleikristallfabrik Beyer & Co.: Das Vergabeverfahren ist Bestandteil des Sanierungsvorhabens der ehemaligen Bleikristallfabrik Beyer & Co. - Bereich Connemara. Das Bauvorhaben befindet sich in der Baptist-Kraus-Straße 5 in 92665 Altenstadt a.d. Waldnaab. Für das ehemalige Fabrikgelände wurde ein Gesamtkonzept entwickelt, wonach in einem ersten Schritt der nördliche Bereich zwischen dem Betriebsgelände und der Werksdeponie revitalisiert werden soll. Für das Sanierungsvorhaben wurde zum Zwecke der Verkürzung der Angebotsfrist gemäß § 12 EU Abs. 1 Nr. 2 VOB/A eine Vorinformation im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union (TED - Tenders Electronic Daily) unter der Veröffentlichungsnummer 218281-2026 am 30. März 2026 veröffentlicht. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens sind die in der Vorinformation unter Ziffer 5.1. Los: LOT-0005 bezeichneten Baumeisterarbeiten. Die ausgeschriebene Leistung umfasst beim Hauptgebäude den Abbruch von statisch relevanten Bauteilen, den Neubau von Wänden, die Öffnung und Ergänzung der Decken und Bestandswände sowie die statische Ertüchtigung des Bestands auf einer Gesamtfläche von 1.250 m². Die ausgeschriebene Leistung umfasst beim Nebengebäude das Errichten von Fundamenten und der Bodenplatte auf einer Gesamtfläche von ca. 65 m². Das Vorhaben wird teilweise aus Mitteln der Europäischen Union gefördert. Die Förderung erfolgt im Rahmen des Europäischen Fonds für regionale Entwicklung (EFRE) in der Förderperiode 2021-2027.
