Lots Lot 1 — Lausicker Straße 1; Abriss: Geplant sind Leistungen zur Herrichtung des Grundstücks Lausicker Straße 1 (Bahnhofsquartier) gemäß dem Leistungsverzeichnis in den Ausschreibungsunterlagen. Das Grundstück soll für die geplante Weiterentwicklung des Projektes ÖPNV-Verknüpfungspunkt und für Maßnahmen der Städtebauförderung (Bahnhofsquartier) hergerichtet werden. Insbesondere sind folgende, zur Herrichtung des Baugrundstücks erforderlichen Arbeiten durchzuführen: - Baustelleneinrichtung, einschließlich Verkehrssicherungsmaßnahmen bei Ein- und Ausfahrt (Baustellenzufahrt) - Rückbau von Gebäuden /Kontrollierter Rückbau getrennt nach Material gemäß den anerkannten Regeln der Technik - Rückbau vorhandener Ver- und Entsorgungsleitungen bis 1 m unter GOK - Rückbau befestigter Flächen aus Beton und Asphalt - Aufbereitung mineralischer Abfälle - Fraktionierung lagernder Haufwerke/ Fachgerechtes Trennen und Lagern von Abbruchmaterialien - Fachgerechte Entsorgung einschließlich Transport. Die Verwertung und Entsorgung ist gemäß den Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetz bzw. Ersatzbaustoffverordnung durchzuführen und nachzuweisen. - Zu beachten - Nachweis / Ausführung in Güteschutz Kanalbau AK3 - Rodung bzw. Entfernung von Wurzelstubben - Herstellung eines Erdplanums - Herstellung Planum für spätere Nutzung
