Lots Lot 1 — Ersatzneubau Dreifeldsporthalle 100. Schule; Los 1 Abbrucharbeiten: Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der vollständige und selektive Rückbau der bestehenden Sporthalle einschließlich Anbauten sowie des ehemaligen Jugendtreffs. Die Leistungen umfassen die Baustelleneinrichtung, Entkernung und Schadstoffsanierung, insbesondere von Asbest- und KMF-haltigen Baustoffen, sowie den anschließenden konstruktiven Rückbau. Die Sporthalle ist als Stahlbeton-Fertigteilkonstruktion ausgeführt. Besondere Anforderungen bestehen beim abschnittsweisen Rückbau der vorgespannten VT-Faltendachkonstruktion sowie der Riegel und Stützen. Weiterhin sind Bodenplatten, Fundamente, nicht mehr benötigte Grundleitungen und befestigte Freianlagen zurückzubauen. Die anfallenden Materialien sind getrennt zu erfassen, zu deklarieren und fachgerecht zu verwerten bzw. zu entsorgen. Die Arbeiten erfolgen in unmittelbarer Nähe zur bestehenden Schule und unter Berücksichtigung des laufenden Schulbetriebes.
