Abbrucharbeiten und Vorbereitung zur Entsorgung: 529 m² Bodenbelag Zementestrich und Bitumenbahn abbrechen; 850 m² Bodenbelag Fliese abbrechen; 2.000 m² Linoleum abbrechen; 1.400 m² Polvliesbelag abbrechen; 200 m² Porenbetonwände abbrechen; 1.400 m² Wandfliesen abbrechen; 2.800 m² Bekleidungsplatten Gips schadstoffbelastet abbrechen; 2.500 m² Dämmung Mineralwolle schadstoffbelastet abbrechen; 960 m² Einfachständerwerk abbrechen; 700 m² Mineralplatten schadstoffbelastet abbrechen; 720 m² Bekleidungsplatten Unterdecke Stahl abbrechen; 2.200 m² Dämmung Mineralwolle Decke schadstoffbelastet abbrechen; 6.200 m Dämmung Rohrleitungen Mineralwolle schadstoffbelastet abbrechen; 1.300 m Dämmung Lüftungsanlagen Mineralwolle schadstoffbelastet abbrechen. Entsorgung Abfälle: 250 t Entsorgung nicht gefährlicher Abfälle nach Abfallverzeichnis-Verordnung (AVV); 50 t Entsorgung schadstoffbelasteter Abfälle nach AVV mit Entsorgungsnachweis gemäß Nachweisverordnung. 12.000 m² Reinigung feucht schadstoffbelastet. Sonstiges: - Dem Bieter wird die Möglichkeit einer Ortsbesichtigung vor Angebotsabgabe gegeben.
