Die Dresdner Verkehrsbetriebe AG (DVB) führen eine Markterkundung zu KI-gestützten Lösungen für die Leitstelle im Störungsfall sowie zur Weiterentwicklung ihrer Datenarchitektur durch. Ziel ist es, verfügbare Lösungen, technologische Ansätze und Betriebsmodelle zur Unterstützung bei spontanen Streckensperrungen und vergleichbaren Betriebseinschränkungen kennenzulernen. Im Fokus stehen die Einführung eines KI-gestützten Bewertungstools zur Analyse von Dispositionsmaßnahmen und Umfahrungen sowie der mögliche Einsatz eines Data Warehouse bzw. Lakehouse für die Nutzung historischer und analytischer Daten. Darüber hinaus sollen geeignete Integrationsansätze, Datenquellen und Betriebsmodelle (Cloud, On-Premises oder Hybrid) bewertet werden.
