Details

Der GB IT des UKJ legt sich zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt auf den Hersteller Hewlett-Packard Enterprise (HPE) als Ausstatter für Erweiterungen und Substitutionen der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur fest und beabsichtigt daher den Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung zur Beschaffung von HPE-Systemkomponenten. Dies ist darin begründet, dass eine flächendeckende und nahezu vollständige RZ-Infrastruktur des Herstellers HPE existiert, welche permanent erweitert und im Rahmen eines Lifecycle-Managements partiell oder substantiell erneuert werden muss. Ein Herstellerwechsel wäre mit sehr hohem Aufwand und hohen Wechselkosten verbunden.

Lots Lot 1 — RV HPE-Server-, SAN- und Speicherinfrastruktur: Die Ausschreibung der Rahmenvereinbarung verfolgt die Zielstellung, im Vertragszeitraum eine Erweiterung der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur zu ermöglichen, im Rahmen des Lifecyclemanagements Komponenten zu ersetzen, welche technisch oder wirtschaftlich veraltet sind und darüber hinaus die Lieferung von Original HPE Produkten. Die Leistungen umfassen die Lieferung, Beratung und Wartung von HPE-Produkten im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur, Server, Speicher, Cloud- bzw. der Bereitstellung von HPE-Software (inkl. Mietsoftware) sowie dazugehöriger Dienstleistungen. Installations- und Konfigurationsdienstleistungen sowie Maßnahmen zur Herstellung der Betriebsbereitschaft gehören nicht explizit zum Inhalt der Ausschreibung, soweit sie nicht im Preisblatt aufgeführt oder Bestandteil der Positionen im Preisblatt oder der inkludierten Wartungsleistung sind. Diese Maßnahmen werden bei Bedarf durch den Auftraggeber separat beauftragt.
