Lots Lot 1 — Visuelle Straßenzustandserfassung 1.Kampagne Stadtbezirk Mülheim (Los 9): Leistungsgegenstand sind die vom Auftragnehmer stadtweit zu erfassenden Zustandsdaten, die mittels der Methode einer "Digitalen Vor-Ort-Erfassung mit georeferenziertem Bezug" vorzunehmen ist. Eine Bewertung der Erfassungsdaten ist nicht vorzunehmen. Das gesamte Stadtgebiet wurde zum Zwecke dieses Auftrags entsprechend den Stadtbezirken aufgeteilt. Dabei handelt es sich gemäß § 3 Absatz 7 VgV um Lose eines einheitlichen Auftrags. Da der Gesamtwert aller Lose den Schwellenwert für eine europaweite Ausschreibung überschreitet, erfolgt für jedes Los eine gesonderte Ausschreibung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union. Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens ist das Los "Mühlheim". Die Stadtbezirke Nippes,Chorweiler,Rodenkirchen, Kalk, Innenstadt, Ehrenfeld, Lindenthal und Porz wurden bereits erfasst.
