Auftraggeber ist die Stadtverkehrsgesellschaft mbH Frankfurt (Oder) (im weiteren SVF genannt), welche der kommunale Verkehrsdienstleister der Stadt Frankfurt (Oder) ist. Außerdem versteht sich die SVF als lokaler Mobilitätsdienstleister. Das Unternehmen ist darauf ausgerichtet eine qualitativ bestmögliche sowie umweltfreundliche Dienstleistung zu erbringen. In Ergänzung zum Nahverkehr plant die SVF die Errichtung von Fahrradstationen mit unterschiedlichen Elekt-rorädern, die in Form eines Bike-Sharings.

Lots Lot 1 — Elektroräder: Leistungsgegenstand ist die Lieferung und vollständige Montage von 76 Pedelecs, 10 E-Lastenräder mit Family-Kit sowie 10 Elektro-Lastenräder inklusive Elektronischer Schlösser für ein Bike-Sharing. Den Leistungsgegenstand beschreiben ausführlich das Lastenheft in Anlage 1 sowie die Ver-tragsbedingungen, welche die Anlagen 2.1., 2.2. und 2.3 zu diesen Verfahrenshinweisen abbilden. Die Vorgaben sind zwingend und bedingungslos einzuhalten.
