Die Universitätsmedizin der Johannes-Gutenberg-Universität Mainz (im Folgenden mit beabsichtigt einen Rahmenvertrag für Taschenfilter für Lüftungsanlagen an einen Dienstleister zu vergeben

Lots Lot 1 — Lieferung Lüftungsfilter: Vertragsgegenstand ist die Belieferung von neuen, unbenutzten Taschenfiltern, Kompaktfilter und HEPA-Filter für Lüftungsanlagen. - Der Bieter bietet ausschließlich die im Preisblatt 3-1 GBE-2026-0004 aufgeführten Filter an. - Die angegebenen Mengengerüste basieren auf historischen Verbrauchsdaten und dienen lediglich als Kalkulationsgrundlage. - Keine Abnahmeverpflichtung des AG für die genannten Mengen. - Der tatsächliche Bedarf kann je Filterposition höher oder niedriger ausfallen. - Der AN ist mit der Leistung bis zu dem maximal 2,5-fachen der jeweiligen Leistungen einverstanden und gewährleistet die Vorhaltung entsprechender Kapazitäten zur Belieferung. - Der AG ist berechtigt, Leistungen bei Dritten abzurufen. - Der AN ist verpflichtet, alle vom AG abgerufenen Mengen termingerecht und mängelfrei zu liefern.
