Lots Lot 1 — Neubau Service- und Transformationsgebäude in Schwedt/Oder, Handelsstraße 3a, Los 32 - Geothermie: Die Stadt Schwedt/Oder plant den Neubau eines Service- und Transformationsgebäudes im Westbereich des bisherigen Omnibusbahnhofes in Schwedt (ZOB). Der Neubau soll als viergeschossiger Strukturbau aus Stahl mit den Außenabmessungen von ca. 39 Metern mal 31,5 Metern realisiert werden. Die Bruttogrundfläche des Neubaus wird über alle Geschosse ca. 4200 Quadratmeter betragen. Baukonstruktiv ist der Neubau in einem Tragwerksraster von 3,75 x 7,00 - 8,00 m geplant. Das flexible Stahlskelett aus Stützen und Trägern wird durch elementierte Brettsperrholzdecken ergänzt. Die vertikale Aussteifung des Gebäudes erfolgt durch diagonal angeordnete Träger. Ortbeton kommt für die Gründung zum Einsatz. Die hochelementierte Pfosten-Riegel Fassade erhält Fensterelemente mit einer Dreifachverglasung. Alle geschlossenen Flächen bestehen aus demontablen, hochgedämmten Holzständerwänden mit Fassadenblechen. Die Innenwände werden hauptsächlich in Trockenbauweise ausgeführt. Eine Geothermieanlage mit Wärmepumpe versorgt das Gebäude im Winter mit Wärme und sorgt im Sommer für moderate Kühlung. Die Geothermieanlage wird durch eine grundlastoptimierte PV-Anlage auf dem Dach ergänzt. Eine mechanische Lüftungsanlage belüftet sowohl die großen Veranstaltungs- und Seminarräume im Erdgeschoss als auch die innenliegenden Räume in der Kernzone. LOS 32 - Geothermie Neubau Service- und Transformationsgebäude - Herstellen von 20 Geothermiebohrungen á 110 m, einschließlich Einmessen der Bohrungen - Montage von 20 Erdwärmesonden (PE-Doppel-U-Rohr), einschließlich Anschlussleitungen, Befüllen mit Glycolgemisch - Sammel- und Verteilerschacht aus PE - Alle Erarbeiten für Leitungen und Komponenten - Einschließlich Bohranzeige, Verdichtungsnachweise und Bodenbeprobung
