Als vorgezogene Maßnahme zum Ausbau der Tank- und Rastanlage Geismühle an der BAB 57 wird das Brückenbauwerk "Hauptstraße" durch einen Ersatzneubau ersetzt. Die Herstellung des Ersatzneubaus ist Gegenstand dieses Vertrages. Nach Fertigstellung des neuen Bauwerks verbleibt das Bestandsbauwerk zunächst weiterhin in Nutzung. Erst im Zuge der späteren Ausbauarbeiten der T+R Geismühle wird das Bestandsbauwerk zurückgebaut. Anschließend wird der Verkehr auf den zuvor errichteten Ersatzneubau umgelegt und dieser dauerhaft in Betrieb genommen.
