Lots Lot 1 — Umgestaltung und Elektrifizierung der Abstellanlage Ulzburg Süd für den zukünftigen S-Bahn-Betrieb der Linie S5: Im Rahmen der Elektrifizierung der AKN-Strecke A1 bzw. der zukünftigen S-Bahn-Linie S5 zwischen Hamburg-Eidelstedt und Kaltenkirchen wird die bestehende Abstellanlage Ulzburg Süd umfassend modernisiert und vollständig elektrifiziert. Die Maßnahme umfasst den Rück- und Neubau von Gleis- und Weichenanlagen, die Herstellung von Zugbildungs-, Abstell- und Innenreinigungsanlagen sowie umfangreiche Tiefbauarbeiten. Weiterhin sind die Errichtung von Leitungs- und Medieninfrastruktur für Strom, Wasser und Abwasser, der Bau von Pumpwerken, Schächten, Tanks und Entwässerungsanlagen sowie die Herstellung von Oberleitungsfundamenten, Dienstwegen, Bahnsteigpodesten und Betriebsflächen vorgesehen. Die Bauleistungen erfolgen abschnittsweise unter laufendem Bahnbetrieb und beinhalten darüber hinaus Kabelzug- und Anschlussarbeiten, die Herstellung von Versorgungsanlagen sowie die Einzäunung des gesamten Anlagengeländes. Ziel ist die Schaffung einer modernen, voll funktionsfähigen Abstell- und Serviceanlage für den zukünftigen elektrischen S-Bahn-Betrieb.
