Abbruch-Rohbauarbeiten

Lots Lot 1 — Abbruch-Rohbauarbeiten (estimated 3316705.55): Das Land Baden-Württemberg, vertreten durch den Landesbetrieb Vermögen und Bau, Amt Ravensburg, plant auf der Liegenschaft der Justizvollzugsanstalt Ravensburg, Hinzistobel 34, 88212 Ravensburg, den Neubau einer Heizzentrale im Zusammenhang mit dem Umbau und der Erweiterung der Strom- und Wärmeversorgung. Im Zuge der Gesamtmaßnahme sind Abbruch-, Erd- und Rohbauarbeiten für den Neubau als Stahlbetonmassivbau mit einer Vorhangfassade aus Stahlbetonfertigteilen zu erbringen. Weiters sind Erdarbeiten für die angrenzenden Sondenfelder für Erdwärme zu erbringen. Die Baumaßnahmen betreffen weite Teile des Areals und sind in unterschiedliche Einzelmaßnahmen aufgeteilt. WESENTLICHE LEISTUNGEN - Abbruch von Bestandskonstruktionen (Beton) und von Außenanlagen (Straßen, Einfassungen, Schächte, Rinnen) - Baustelleneinrichtung (Container, Bauzaun etc.) - Erdarbeiten (Oberbodenabtrag, Aushub etc.) für Baugrube und Sondenfelder - Baugrubenverbau (Teilbereiche) - Baustraße/ Kiesauskofferung für Sondenfelder - Stahlbetonbauarbeiten für Neubau (Bodenplatte, Wände, Decken, Stützen, Unterzüge) - Wartungs-/ Einbringöffnungen in Fassade und Dachdecke - Installationskanal vom Neubau zum Altbau - unterirdisch aus Stahlbeton (Bodenplatte, Wände, Decken) - Stahleinbauteile - Gedämmte und hinterlüftete Sichtbetonfertigteilfassade - Gerüstarbeiten (Fassadengerüst WESENTLICHE MASSEN - ca. 300 m Bauzaun - ca. 2.500 m3 Aushub Baugrube - ca. 1.500 m2 Baustraßen Sondenfelder - ca. 1.500 m2 Stahlbetonbodenplatte - ca. 750 m2 Betonwände - ca. 650 m2 Betondecken/ -dach - ca. 20 to. Bewehrungsstahl - ca. 1.500 m2 Gerüstfläche Fassadengerüst - ca. 1.000 m2 Fassadenfläche Sichtbetonfertigteile Zur Ausführung der Leistungen sind die Anforderungen der Gemeinsamen Verwaltungsvorschrift Fremdpersonenüberprüfung vom 25.07.2017 (GABl. 2017, Seite 453) zu erfüllen.
