Details

Im Kreiskrankenhaus Bergstraße (abgekürzt KKB) in Heppenheim werden im Zuge der Maßnahme "Generalsanierung KKB" zahlreiche Maßnahmen durchgeführt. Der Pflegeflügel J wird entkernt und saniert, dort wird sich die neue Intensivpflege sowie eine Allgemeinpflege befinden. Bauteil G wird abgerissen, dort wird ein Ersatzneubau mit Zentraler Notaufnahme, Radiologie und Operationsabteilung verortet. Weitere Teilmaßnahmen sind: Fassadensanierung; Trinkwassersanierung, Ertüchtigung TGA-Zentralen, Teilumsetzung Basisbrandschutzkonzept und Errichtung eines neuen Haus-Übergabe-Punktes. Aufgrund vorhandener Schadstoffbelastung werden viele der Räumlichkeiten erst weitestgehend fachgerecht entkernt und rückgebaut.

Lots Lot 1 — Generalsanierung Kreiskrankenhaus Heppenheim - Winterbauheizung: Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere: Lieferung, Aufstellung, Vorhaltung, Betrieb und Rückbau der kompletten Winterbaubeheizung, automatische temperaturgeführte Regelung mittels Thermostaten, Bereitstellung sämtlicher erforderlicher Heizgeräte, Verteilungsleitungen, Warmluftschläuche und Nebenanlagen, Wartung, Bedienung, Überwachung sowie Beseitigung von Betriebsstörungen, sämtliche Betriebs-, Energie- und Brennstoffkosten, Einhaltung aller geltenden Vorschriften des Arbeits-, Brand- und Umweltschutzes.
