Das Land Baden-Württemberg vertreten durch das Regierungspräsidium Karlsruhe, Referat 53.1 beabsichtigt die Herstellung einer Retentionsfläche am Leimbach-Unterlauf auf Gemarkung Nussloch. Die Retentionsfläche dient zur Abflachung der Hochwasserwelle und zur Optimierung des Hochwasserschutzes für zukünftige Bau-maßnahmen zur Herstellung eines 100-jährlichen Hochwasserschutzes am Leimbach. Das Einströmen der Hochwasserwelle in die Retentionsfläche wird über zwei herzustellende Breschen im be-stehenden Leimbach gewährleistet. Zur Regulierung der Einströmmenge dienen mobile Dammbalkenelemente als überströmbare Schwellen, welche auf Spundwandkonstruktionen montiert werden. Die Entleerung der tie-ferliegenden Retentionsfläche erfolgt über einen Ablaufgraben und mittels Pumpen, wofür ein Pumpenschacht mit entsprechender Verrohrung und Pumpenanschlüssen herzustellen ist. Die Erreichbarkeit des Pumpenschachtes bei eingestauter Retentionsfläche wird über eine herzustellende Ber-menschüttung mit Unterhaltungsweg entlang der Straßenböschung zur B3 sichergestellt. Zusätzlich wird ein Unterhaltungsweg am luftseitigen Leimbachdamm zur Unterhaltung der Breschen hergestellt.

Lots Lot 1 — Leimbach Maßnahme 4 - Bau Retentionsfläche: In der vorliegenden Ausschreibung sind die folgenden Leistungen enthalten: - Oberbodenarbeiten ca. 7.500 m3 - Bodenaushub ca. 1.700 m3 - Boden liefern (bindiger Boden) ca. 14.300 m3 - Bodenverbesserung ca. 3.700 m2 - Spundwandarbeiten ca. 450 m2 - Steinschüttungen Wasserbausteine ca. 650 to - Stahlbeton Pumpenschacht ca. 30 m3 - Dammbalken Höhe 45 cm, ca. 2 x 25 m - Wegebau ca. 3.700 m2 Die Bäume und Gehölzflächen am Straßendamm der Bundesstraße B3 werden im Vorgriff der Maßnahme gefällt. Die Rodung der Wurzelstöcke inkl. Verfüllung der Wurzellöcher ist Teil der vorliegenden Ausschreibung.
