Die GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH ist ein städtisches Unternehmen, welches u.a. für über 50 allgemeinbildende Schulen im Süden Hamburgs (Wilhelmsburg und Harburg) sowie für Gebäude des Hochschul- und Kommunalbaus die Dienstleistungen des Baus, des Betriebes und der Bewirtschaftung wahrnimmt. --------------- Der Schulstandort Heidacker 13 in Hamburg-Eidelstedt soll zukunftsfähig ausgebaut werden. Auf dem Grundstück sind die folgenden Neubaumaßnahmen geplant: 1) Zubau Hamburger Schulhaus (angelehnt an das Hamburger Klassenhaus) und 2) Zubau Zweifeldhalle. Gegenstand der vorliegenden GU-Ausschreibung ist der Zubau des Hamburger Schulhauses in Anlehnung an das Hamburger Klassenhaus. Die Realisierung erfolgt über einen Generalunternehmer, der die LPH 5-8 erbringt und das Gebäude in vorgefertigter Bauweise erstellt. Das bestehende Schulgelände umfasst einen Gebäudebestand von 6 Gebäuden unterschiedlicher Gebäudeklassen inkl. einer bestehenden und an das Baufeld angrenzenden mobilen Klassenraumanlage. Letztere verbleibt bis zur Fertigstellung des Hamburger Schulhauses im Betrieb. Das Grundstück weist eine Gesamtfläche von ca. 20.861 m² auf. Für die Schule ist eine 5-Zügigkeit geplant. Im dreigeschossigen Gebäude, mit einer BGF in Höhe von ca. 2.019 m² und einer Mietfläche (NRF) in Höhe von ca. 1.729 m², werden im EG ein Foyer, eine Essenseinnahmefläche, eine Vitalküche für 300-600 VT, eine kleine Multifunktionsfläche und sonstige Nebenflächen vorgesehen. Im 1.OG werden 3 geschlossene Klassenräume, 2 geschlossene Lernstudios, 1 offene Multifunktionsfläche, 1 „Maker Hub“ mit Podcaststudio, 1 Bibliothek, 1 Teeküche, Garderobenflächen und sonstige Nebenflächen vorgesehen. Im 2.OG werden 3 geschlossene Klassenräume, 2 geschlossene Lernstudios, 1 offene Multifunktionsfläche, 1 Handarbeits-/ Handwerksfläche inkl. Lernstützpunkt, 1 Kunstatelier und sonstige Nebenflächen vorgesehen. --------------- Hier: GU-Leistung --------------- Schlüsselfertige Erstellung eines Neubaus
