Lots Lot 1 — Neubau KiTa Marxheim - Gewerk mobile Trennwände: Mobile Trennwand bestehend aus Einzelelementen, die zu einer festen Wand zusammengeschoben werden, Elemente 100 mm stark, mit umlaufender verschweißter Stahl- Rahmenkonstruktion, Beplankung mit 16 mm Qualitätsspanplatten nach DIN 68763 V20 , Deckplatten frei schwingend aufgebracht und einzeln austauschbar. Es dürfen nur Deckplatten nach den Formaldehyd-Richtlinien Emissionsklasse E1 verarbeitet werden. Elemente mit oberen und unteren Alu-Druckbalken schwarz eloxiert mit Spezialdichtungen. Betätigung mittels stirnseitig abnehmbarer Handkurbel über Doppelscherengetriebe mit selbständig nachregulierenden Druckausgleichsfedern. Anpressdruck min. 2000 N, Standfestigkeitsnachweis in Anlehnung an DIN 4103. Elementverbindung mit Alu-Nut-Federprofilen, naturfarbig eloxiert, einschl. Magnetleisten zur Elementkopplung und vertikalen Abdichtung. Seitliche Anschlüsse passend zur Trennwandkonstruktion, Stärke max. 80 mm. Obere Laufschiene in Stahl oder Alu, mit kugelgelagerten Laufrollenwagen. In Kreuzungspunkten sind Spezial Laufrollenwagen mit Stützkugeln zu verwenden, die einen einwandfreien Lauf garantieren. Ohne Bodenlaufschiene. Jedes Element mit einer funktionalen Höhenverstellmechanik, um ein nachjustieren der Elemente jederzeit zu ermöglichen. Elementaufhängung an 16 mm Rollenbolzen.
