Lots Lot 1 — VE_02_3110 Erdarbeiten: Die Mühlenkreiskliniken AöR planen in 32339 Espelkamp an der Straße Gabelhorst den Neubau der Klinik Lübbecker Land. Zur Herrichtung des Baufeldes sind Vorabmaßnahmen geplant. Die Vorabmaßnahmen beinhalten: - ca. 52.620 m³ Bodenaushub (Geschiebeboden) für Bau-grubenerstellung - ca. 19.740 m³ Bodenaushub (Schmelzwassersande/-kiese) für Baugrubenerstellung - ca. 7.600 m³ Bodenaushub (Schieferton) für Baugruben-erstellung - ca. 102.010 t Abtransport+Entsorgung Bodenmaterial (Geschiebeboden) zur Verwertungs-/Verwendungsstelle - ca. 5.470 m³ Tragschicht aus GE/GW/SE/SW liefern,einbauen und verdichten. - ca. 8.280 m² Böschungs-/Bodenmodellierung der Aus-hubbereiche, bis 45 Grad - ca. 1.265 m Mikrobohrpfähle als Auftriebsanker herstel-len - ca. 1.065 m² Trägerbohlwände als Essener Verbau her-stellen - ca. 6.100 m Ringerder V4A Rd10 verlegen Die Baumaßnahme befindet sich auf einer ehemaligen landwirtschaftlichen Fläche. Vor dem vollständigen Oberbodenabtrag sind die Baustraßen und die Ausweich- und Wendeflächen herzustellen. Ein Teil des Oberbodens wird auf einer benachbarten Fläche für spätere Baumaßnahmen gelagert. Ein weiterer Teil des Oberbodenabtrags wird auf einer weiteren Lagerfläche des Auftraggebers gelagert. Der überwiegende Teil ist abzufahren. Zur Herstellung der Baustraßen ist Füllboden einzubringen und anschließend der Oberbau herzustellen. Für die Baustelleneinrichtungsfläche ist eine Schmutzwasseranbindung für die späteren Sanitäreinrichtungen herzustellen.
