Die Tunnelüberbauung Schlangenbader Straße einschließlich der Brücke über die Wiesbadener Straße (ehemalige BAB A104) im Berliner Bezirk Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf wurde 1980 in Betrieb genommen. Im Rahmen der Grundinstandsetzung werden Schäden an Fahrbahn, Tunnelkonstruktion und technischen Anlagen beseitigt sowie gesundheitsgefährdende Baustoffe fachgerecht saniert. Ziel ist die nachhaltige Erneuerung der Tunnel- und Brückenbauwerke sowie die Herstellung schadstofffreier Tunnelbereiche. Der Tunnel mit Brücke besteht aus zwei parallelen Tunnelröhren und ist ca. 570m lang. Das Bauwerk verläuft in Höhe des 2.OG und 3.OG durch die Wohnüberbauung Schlangenbader Straße. Die vertraglichen Leistungen zur Grundinstandsetzung I – BE / Verkehrssicherung beinhaltet unter anderem das Herrichten der Baustelleneinrichtungsflächen, bauliche Vorarbeiten (z. B. Schutzzäune, Kronensicherung, Schutz von Bäumen, Schutz für Ausstattungselemente der Verkehrsanlage, Einrichtung usw.), Baustrom einrichten sowie die bauzeitliche Verkehrsführung.
