Mit dem Projekt Umbau und Sanierung „Alte Bleiche“ im Ortskern von Markt Altenstadt, wird ein ortsbildprägendes Ensemble im Bereich einer unter Denkmalschutz stehenden historischen Siedlungsstruktur erhalten und denkmalgerecht saniert. Es besteht aus der als Einzeldenkmal eingeordneten „Neuen Bleiche“, dem benachbarten „Erlanger Haus“ mit Nebengebäude und den umgebenden Freianlagen. Für die neue, der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich gemachten Nutzung des Ensembles u.A. mit Bürgersaal, Jugendzentrum und Räumen für Vereine, werden die Gebäude unter Wahrung eines respektvollen Umgangs mit der denkmalwerten Substanz instandgesetzt, energetisch saniert und für eine moderne Nutzung umstrukturiert.

Lots Lot 1 — Gerüstbauarbeiten: Gegenstand dieser Leistungsbeschreibung ist die Errichtung von Arbeits- und Schutzgerüsten an den zu sanierenden Gebäudeteilen inkl. erforderlicher Belagsverbreiterungen, Dachfanggerüste, Überbrückungen, Treppenaufgänge und Gerüstaufzug mit Absetzbühnen sowie deren Vorhaltung über die Bauphase. Zum Einsatz kommen hauptsächlich Gerüste der Lastklasse 3, Breitenklasse 06 (ca. 1.300qm). An einer neu zu errichtenden Fassade wird ein Gerüst der Lastklasse 4, Breitenklasse 09 benötigt (ca. 200qm).
