Vorgesehen ist der Teilumbau / die energetische Modernisierung des Gebäudes an der Universitätsstraße 78 in Bochum. Für den Rückbau / die Sanierung der Teilbereiche wurde zur Planungssicherheit und Kostenoptimierung durch die Consulting-Büro Frieg GmbH, Bochum (CBF) in Abstimmung mit dem Architekturbüro eine orientierende Schadstoffbegutachtung durchgeführt. Auf Grundlage der Ergebnisse und der durch den Planer zur Verfügung gestellten Grundrisspläne wurde ein Sanierungskonzept erstellt, das dem nachfolgenden Leistungsverzeichnis als Grundlage dient. Im Übrigen wird auf die Leistungsbeschreibung zu Los 5 verwiesen.
