Alle im Leistungsverzeichnis (für GSI & FAIR) genannten Anforderungen/Produkte von Edelstahlrohren inklusive Zubehör müssen über die abzuschließende Rahmenvereinbarung abgedeckt werden.

Lots Lot 1 — RV-Lieferung von Edelstahlrohren GSI & FAIR_2026: Die Vertragslaufzeit beginnt mit Zuschlagserteilung und endet automatisch nach 24 Monaten. Das geschätzte Jahresvolumen beträgt 59.000,00 EURO. Maximal 4 Jahre Wird das Vergabevolumen von 236.000,00 EUR vor Ablauf des Vertrages erreicht, so endet dieser frühzeitig mit dem letzten ausschöpfenden Abruf. Die einzelnen Abrufe/Bestellungen aus der Rahmenvereinbarung erfolgen hauptsächlich durch die GSI, und die FAIR GmbH. Für die Einhaltung aller vertraglichen Rechten und Pflichten ist die abrufberechtigte Einrichtung selbstverantwortlich. Mit Abschluss dieser Rahmenvereinbarung gehen die jeweiligen Auftraggeber jedoch noch keinerlei Verpflichtung zu weiteren Bestellungen/Abrufen ein. Erst mit der Platzierung von einzelnen Abrufen/Bestellungen gehen die Auftraggeber eine Abnahmeverpflichtung in Höhe der für die jeweilige Bestellung/Abruf angefragten Stückzahlen ein. Alle Rohre und Zubehöre sind nach Abruf/-Bestellung in der Regel innerhalb von 10 Werktagen. Teillieferungen sind jederzeit erwünscht. Die vertraglichen Regelungen für die Leistungserfüllung erfolgen auf Basis des ausgeschriebenen Vertrages und der VOL/B. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass jegliche Allgemeinen Geschäfts- und Lieferbedingungen des Auftragnehmers ausgeschlossen sind und nicht Vertragsbestandteil werden.
