Der BIM-Manager unterstützt das interne BIM-Implementierungsteam beratend bei der Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung von BIM-Prozessen, sowie deren Überführung in Vorgabe- und Regelwerksdokumente. Hierzu gehört insbesondere die aktive Begleitung des Lessons-Learned-Prozesses zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der BIM-Methodik. Neben den klassischen Leistungen des BIM-Managements in der Planungs- und Ausführungsphase ist ein ganzheitlicher Ansatz unter Berücksichtigung des gesamten Lebenszyklus der Immobilie einschließlich der Betriebs- und Bewirtschaftungsphase sicherzustellen. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Begleitung der strukturierten Übergabe von Daten und Informationen an die relevanten Fachabteilungen zur nachhaltigen Implementierung und Nutzung der BIM-Methodik.
