Lots Lot 1 — Citrix Installation, Support und Betrieb Vertrag für den LWV Hessen: Der LWV Hessen (im folgenden AG genannt) betreibt an seinen 3 Verwaltungsstandorten (Kassel, Darmstadt und Wiesbaden) und weiteren kleineren Standorten in Hessen ein Windows basiertes Netzwerk mit CITRIX als zentrale Lösung für die Virtualisierung. Der AG betreibt derzeit eine über mehrere Jahre gewachsene Citrix-Infrastruktur zur zentralen Bereitstellung von virtuellen Desktops und Anwendungen. Die bestehende Umgebung umfasst insbesondere Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS), XenServer, Citrix Policies, Profilmanagement sowie die für den internen und externen Zugriff erforderlichen Komponenten. Die derzeitigen XenServer-8.2-Systeme verwenden NFS-basierte Storage-Ressourcen auf der bestehenden NetApp-Infrastruktur. Der AG betreibt aktuell zwei getrennte Citrix-Farmen (RemotePC/VDI unter Windows 10 sowie Terminalserver unter Windows Server 2016-2019) auf Basis lokal gehosteter XenServer-Hypervisoren. Die Verwaltung erfolgt über lokale Delivery Controller. Es bestehen Optimierungsbedarfe u. a. bei Profilmanagement, Policy-Konsolidierung, Energiemanagement und Hardware-Aktualität (End-of-Life-Risiken). 36 Monate.
