Es handelt sich um den Neubau eines Labor- und Forschungsgebäudes des Bundesamtes für Strahlenschutz in Neuherberg. Zur Versorgung der Labor-, Technik- und Forschungsbereiche wird eine zentrale Druckluftanlage mit nachgeschaltetem Technische-Gase-Netz errichtet.
Lots Lot 1 — VE470 Technische Gase: Es handelt sich um den Neubau eines Labor- und Forschungsgebäudes des Bundesamtes für Strahlenschutz in Neuherberg. Zur Versorgung der Labor-, Technik- und Forschungsbereiche wird eine zentrale Druckluftanlage mit nachgeschaltetem Technische-Gase-Netz errichtet. Die Drucklufterzeugung erfolgt redundant über zwei Kompressoren mit Kältetrocknung, Mikrofiltration, Aktivkohleadsorption, Druckluftbehälter sowie Kondensataufbereitung. Die Versorgung erfolgt über getrennte Druckluftnetze mit 5 bar und 8 bar Betriebsdruck für Laborbereiche, technische Anlagen und Gebäudetechnik.Die Technische-Gase-Anlage umfasst die zentrale Versorgung und Verteilung von Stickstoff gasförmig, Stickstoff flüssig, Kohlendioxid, Kohlendioxid für Analysezwecke, Sauerstoff, Argon, Argon-Methan (P10), Helium, Acetylen und Lachgas. Die Medienversorgung erfolgt von zentralen Versorgungsanlagen über mehrere vertikale Schächte in sämtliche Nutzungseinheiten des Gebäudes. Bestandteil der Maßnahme sind Gaswarnanlagen, Magnetventile, Sicherheitseinrichtungen, Kontrolleinheiten, Phasentrenner, Entnahmestellen sowie die Verrohrung.
