Details

Der Landkreis Altötting (im Nachfolgenden Auftraggeber (AG) genannt) beabsichtigt im Rahmen eines Offenen Verfahrens einen Kaufvertrag zu schließen. Auftragsgegenstand ist die Lieferung eines CNC 5-Achs-Bearbeitungszentrums für die Beruflichen Schulen Altötting (FSU).

Lots Lot 1 — Beschaffung: CNC-5-Achs-Bearbeitungszentrum für die Beruflichen Schulen Altötting: Die detaillierte Beschreibung der Leistung ist der Anlage „Leistungsbeschreibung_Preisblatt“ zu entnehmen. Das CNC-5-Achs-Bearbeitungsztentrum muss voll funktionsfähig geliefert werden und ist betriebsbereit aufzustellen, vgl. Ziffer 2.2. Die Entsorgung der Verpackung übernimmt der Auftragnehmer (im Nachfolgenden AN genannt). Es muss ausschließlich Neu- und Originalware angeboten werden. Gebrauchte Produkte und/oder wiederaufbereitete Produkte sind nicht zugelassen. Die Maschinen müssen für den deutschen Markt zugelassen und frei von Rechten Dritter sein. Bitte beachten Sie: Vor Angebotsabgabe ist zwingend eine Ortsbesichtigung durchzuführen. Die Terminvereinbarung muss baldmöglichst, spätestens jedoch bis 25.08.2026, erfolgen. (vgl. Ziffer 4.16 "Ortsbesichtigung" der Vergabeunterlagen).
