Die Unterhaltsreinigung für die Räumlichkeiten der Niedersach-sen.next GmbH. Das Unternehmen besetzt derzeit zwei Etagen im Bürogebäude, Schiffgraben 22-28 (4. & 5. OG) in 30175 Hannover. Die Räumlichkeiten erstrecken sich über ca. 1.700 m² (siehe Anlage) auf zwei Stockwerken. Beginn des Auftrages ist der 01.01.2027. Die Vertragslaufzeit von 2 Jahren kann mit einseitiger Option des Auftraggebers um jeweils 1 Jahr, bis auf maximal 4 Jahre verlängert werden. Die Verlängerungsoptionen werden bis spätestens 31.10. des Vorjahres gezogen und dem Auftraggeber per E-Mail mitgeteilt.
