Mit der Erbringung der ausgeschriebenen Leistungen soll die Erhaltung der Sauberkeit, der Gebrauchseigenschaften, Optik und Hygiene der ausgeschriebenen Objekte sichergestellt werden. Neben der Zufriedenheit der Nutzer bezüglich der Reinigungsqualität steht die Werterhaltung der Bodenflächen und des Inventars an oberster Stelle. Mit den ausgeschriebenen Leistungen müssen alle Leistungen erbracht werden, die diese Werterhaltung bestmöglich unterstützen. Der Auftragnehmer hat die Reinigungssysteme für die unterschiedlichen Leistungen entsprechend auszuwählen.

Lots Lot 1 — Gebäudereinigung – Sportbad & Sauna Aquawede: Die Leistungen sind in folgender Liegenschaft zu erbringen: BBF Bielefelder Bäder und Freizeit GmbH Sportbad & Sauna Aquawede Duisburger Str. 4, 33647 Bielefeld Auf der Liegenschaft befindet sich ein Sportbad mit Vario-, Sprung- und Lehrschwimmbecken sowie allen zu einem Hallenbad gehörenden Funktionsbereichen (Foyer/Kasse, Umkleiden, Duschen, Sanitäranlagen etc.). Zum Objekt gehört außerdem eine Saunaanlage mit vier unterschiedlich temperierten Schwitzräumen, Abkühl-, Außen- und Ruhebereichen.
