Lots Lot 1 — Heizungs- u. Sanitärarbeiten, Erweiterung Ganztagsangebot, Grundschule Limeshain in Himbach: Allgemeine Bau-Beschreibung: Der Erweiterungsbau an der Grundschule in Limeshain Himbach ist ein Massivbau und beinhaltet den Ganztagesbereich, samt Mensa, die Bibliothek, sowie einige Klassenräume. Im OG 2 befindet sich ein Staffelgeschoss in Holzrahmenbauweise in welchem sich die Technik und Lagerräume befinden. Das Gebäude wird durch zwei außenliegende Treppenhäuser erschlossen und die Barrierefreiheit mit einem Aufzug hergestellt. Geplant ist den Erweiterungsbau mittels eines Verbindungsganges an das Bestandgebäude zu erschließen. Der Verbindungsgang wird bis an das Bestandsgebäude heran errichtet und der Durchbruch in einer späteren separaten Maßnahme an den Bestand in Nutzung gehen. Hiermit sollen die Heizungs- und Sanitärinstallationen des Erweiterungsneubaus einschließlich der erforderlichen Verteilnetze, Armaturen, Wärmeübergabesysteme, sanitären Einrichtungsgegenstände und zugehörigen Anlagenkomponenten vergeben werden. Gewerke-Beschreibung , Gewerk Heizung + Sanitärarbeiten/Mengen: 655 m Heizungsleitungen 25 St. Heizflächen 35 St. Heiz- und Kühldecken 70 St. Heizungsverteiler und Armaturen 555 m Trinkwasserleitungen 345 m Schmutzwasserleitungen 52 St. Sanitäre Einrichtungsgegenstände. Ausführungsfrist: Heizungsarbeiten: KW 06-30/2027 Sanitärarbeiten: KW 09-33/2027.
