Herzustellen sind die Vorabmaßnahmen für den Ersatzneubau der Kleine Schleuse Kiel. Die auszuführende Leistung gliedert sich in folgende Baubereiche: - Umschlagstelle Süd - BE-Fläche Mittelinsel mit zugehöriger Ringstraße (einschließlich BE-Fläche Schleuseninsel) - NOK Uferwand Süd - Überfahrung Zahnstangentunnel - Böschungssicherung am Mittelanleger

Lots Lot 1 — Ersatzneubau Kleine Schleuse Kiel - BE-Flächen und Anleger: Es handelt sich um eine komplexe Baustelle (Teilweise in Insellage) - Technische Bearbeitung - 2 Anleger in Spundwandbauweise, ca. 140 m Spundwandachse - Ortbetonbau und Fertigteile (Spundwandholm, Widerlager und Überbau für Überfahrung von Bestandsanlagen) - Nassbaggerarbeiten und Bodenaufbereitung ca. 14.000t - Erdarbeiten, ca. 30.000t - Straßen- und Oberflächenbefestigungen ca. 25.000 m2 - Asphaltbau ca. 8.000 m2 - für die landseitige Anbindung sind zwei Bahnübergänge herzustellen.
