LV09 TGA Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Sanitärarbeiten

Lots Lot 1 — Glashütten, Sporthalle und Kulturbau, VOB LV09 TGA-HLS: Die Mehrzweckhalle der Gemeinde Glashütten soll umfassend saniert, erweitert und neu strukturiert werden. Des Weiteren soll auf dem Grundstück eine Einfeldsporthalle in Holzbauweise gebaut werden. Die Einfeldporthalle und die Mehrzweckhalle sollen durch einen neu zu errichtenden Massivbau verbunden werden. Der detaillierte Leistungsumfang dieser Ausschreibung ist dem Leistungsverzeichnis zu entnehmen. Wichtig: Aufgrund der komplexen Baumaßnahmen werden vom Auftraggeber Ortsbegehungen durchgeführt. Die Bieter müssen zwingend vor Angebotsabgabe an einer Ortsbegehung und Objektbesichtigung teilnehmen. Die Terminfindung hierzu erfolgt mittels telefonischer Anmeldung (siehe Leistungsverzeichnis). Aus Gründen der Gleichbehandlung können keine inhaltlichen Fragen während der Ortsbesichtigung beantwortet werden. Aufgekommene Fragestellungen sind innerhalb der Rückfragenfrist sind bis zehn Kalendertage vor dem Fristende über die Nachrichtenfunktion der Vergabeplattform zu senden. Die Antwort wird dann allen Bietern zeitgleich zur Verfügung gestellt.
