Lots Lot 1 — Abbruch Zentrallager: Die KMG Kliniken Thüringen-Brandenburg GmbH errichtet am Standort Sömmerda den Ersatzneubau „Bauteil C“ für das dortige Klinikum. Gegenstand des Auftrags ist der Abbruch eines nicht mehr benötigten Gebäudekomplexes bestehend aus Lagerhalle, Heizhaus sowie dem Verbindungsgang zum Bestandsgebäude Bauteil B. Die Leistungen umfassen den vollständigen Rückbau der baulichen Anlagen einschließlich der erforderlichen Sicherungs-, Entsorgungs- und Wiederherstellungsarbeiten. Die Maßnahme erfolgt innerhalb des laufenden Krankenhausbetriebs unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen Anforderungen an Arbeits-, Brand-, Staub-, Lärm- und Erschütterungsschutz.
