Lots Lot 1 — Erd-/Abbruch-/Verbauarbeiten (estimated 2816417.75): Das Land Baden-Württemberg, vertreten durch Vermögen und Bau Baden-Württemberg, Universitätsbauamt Stuttgart und Hohenheim, beabsichtigt auf dem Campus der Universität Stuttgart am Standort Vaihingen den Ersatzneubau eines Lehr- und Forschungsgebäudes für den Fachbereich Biotechnik. Das Baufeld liegt im Allmandring 29 in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Allmandring 31, wo sich bereits weitere Institute der Biotechnik befinden. Der Neubau umfasst Labor- und Büroflächen für Forschung und Lehre sowie eine botanische Versuchsstation mit Gewächshausflächen und Klimakammern. Zudem wird die bestehende Tierhaltung aus dem Allmandring 31 und dem Pfaffenwaldring 57 im Neubau zusammengeführt. Dieser Ersatzneubau bildet den 1. Bauabschnitt. Am nördlichen Rand des Baufeldes verläuft ein bestehender Versorgungskanal des Universitätsgeländes, der durch entsprechende Bauwerksmaßnahmen überbaut und gesichert wird. Die vorliegende Ausschreibung beinhaltet Erd-/Abbruch-/Verbauarbeiten zur Erstellung des Ersatzneubaus für den Fachbereich Biotechnik.
