Lots Lot 1 — Dachabdichtungsarbeiten (Anbau Süd West Sanierung Bestandsgebäude) - (TUT AG) (estimated 417571.56): Rückbau und fachgerechte Entsorgung des bestehenden Dachaufbaus auf ca. 788 m² bis auf den Rohbau, bestehend aus: Dachkies/Splitt, schadstoffbelasteter Mineralwolldämmung (WHO-Fasern), asbesthaltiger Dachpappen, Korkdämmung, Dampfsperre und Falzbaupappe. Einschließlich Rückbau und Entsorgung von Blitzschutz, Dachabläufen, Dunsthaube und Attikaabdeckungen. Herstellung einer neuen Dachabdichtung auf ca. 880 m² Flachdach, bestehend aus: Dampfsperre, Gefälledämmung und zweilagiger Bitumenabdichtung. Ausführung der Oberfläche teilweise bekiest und teilweise als extensive Dachbegrünung. Einschließlich Attikaabdeckungen, Absturzsicherung als Geländer sowie Dachausstieg. Zur Ausführung der Leistungen darf nur Personal eingesetzt werden, welches zuvor zuverlässigkeitsüberprüft wurde und keine negativen Anhaltspunkte vorliegen.
