Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die vollständige Lieferung, Montage, Programmierung, Inbetriebnahme und Dokumentation der Gebäudeautomation für den Neubau des Kommunikationszentrums „FORUM“ der Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena einschließlich Anbindung des Griesbachschen Anbaus. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die Automation von Heizungs-, Kälte-, Lüftungs- und Sanitäranlagen, die Errichtung von sieben Automationsschwerpunkten mit Automationsstationen und Schaltschränken, die Integration von BACnet-, M-Bus- und Brandschutzklappensystemen sowie die Einbindung in die bestehende Gebäudeleittechnik der Friedrich-Schiller-Universität. Weiterhin Bestandteil sind die Lieferung und Installation von Feldgeräten, Kabel- und Leitungsanlagen, Datenübertragungsnetzen, die Erstellung der Werk- und Montageplanung, Programmierung, Inbetriebnahme, Dokumentation sowie Leistungen zur Koordination, Abnahmebegleitung und Anlagenoptimierung.
