Im Rahmen des Projekts „FORUM“ der Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena umfasst Los 405 die Ausführung der audiovisuellen Medien- und Antennenanlagen für den Neubau des Kommunikationszentrums sowie den angebundenen denkmalgeschützten Griesbachschen Anbau. Der Leistungsumfang beinhaltet die Lieferung, Montage, Programmierung, Inbetriebnahme und Dokumentation moderner Medien-, Audio-, Video-, Konferenz- und Präsentationstechnik einschließlich der zugehörigen Steuerungs-, Netzwerk- und Antennensysteme. Hierzu gehören unter anderem Projektions- und Displaytechnik, Audioanlagen, Mikrofon- und Videokonferenzsysteme, AV-over-IP-Infrastrukturen, Mediensteuerungen, drahtlose Präsentationssysteme, Hörunterstützungssysteme sowie die Ausstattung von Welcome Area, Auditorium, Konferenz- und Mehrzweckräumen. Ergänzend sind Leistungen der Werk- und Montageplanung, Systemintegration, Programmierung, Schulung und Dokumentation Bestandteil des Auftrags.
