Gegenstand der Baumaßnahme ist der Umbau des Gebäudes am Großen Markt 10 zur Stadtbibliothek und Stadtinformation in 19348 Perleberg. Das geplante Bauvorhaben beinhaltet folgende Baumaßnahmen: - Umbau und Sanierung des denkmalgeschützten vollunterkellerten ehemaligen Wohn- und Geschäftshaus aus verputzen Mauerwerk mit Holzbalkendecken und Holzdachstuhl. inkl. Ausbau des Dachgeschosses (Vorderhaus Großer Markt 10) - Umbau und Sanierung des denkmalgeschützten ehemaligen Speichergebäudes aus unverputzten Ziegelmauerwerk (Saalgebäude auf den hinteren Teil des Grundstücks zur Schuhstraße) - Neubau des zum Teil zweigeschossigen, nicht unterkellerten Verbindungsbau aus Stahlbeton mit Klinkerfassade (Verbindungsbau zwischen Vorderhaus und dem Saalgebäude) Das Gebäudeensemble wird zukünftig als Stadtbibliothek und Stadtinformation genutzt.
