Es wird die Unterhaltsreinigung und die Ferienreinigung in der GS Heinrich-Wilhelm-Olbers, Olbersstraße 13, 30519 Hannover, ausgeschrieben. Die Reinigung umfasst das Schulgebäude, die Sporthalle und die schulischen Nebengebäude. Die Vertragslaufzeit läuft vom 01.04.2027 bis zum 31.03.2031 zuzüglich zwei optionale Verlängerungen um jeweils ein Jahr bis längstens zum 31.03.2033. Der Reinigungsumfang beträgt durchschnittlich 2.747,77 m² pro Tag. Reinigungstage: Montag bis Freitag; Uhrzeiten gestaffelt: WC-Zwischenreinigung ab 10:15 Uhr; Unterhaltsreinigung von 14:00-21:00 Uhr und Sporthallenreinigung zwischen 22:00-07:30 Uhr. Die genauen Angaben sind den Auftragsinhalten zu entnehmen. Die Reinigung ist auch in den Schulferien erforderlich. Das Objekt wird als Grundschule genutzt. Dazu kommt die zusätzliche Nutzung durch Vereine, Mieter*innen und andere Organisationen.
