Gegenstand der ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist die Technische Industriereinigung in folgenden An-lagen: • Mechanische Behandlungsanlage mit seinen baulichen Einrichtungen im Hauptgebäude, Staubhaus (Reinigung Filterkammern und Filterwechsel) und Rampe • Aufbereitungsanlage für Altholz und Sperrmüll (AAS, Kipphalle) • Reinigung der Holzhackschnitzelheizung (HOHAHE) • 2 redundante Müllbunkerausträge (RMBA I+ II) mit Förderbändern im Müllbunker • zutreffender Außenbereich (Grundstücksfläche zu den o. a. Anlagen) entsprechend der Leistungsbeschreibung „Rahmenvereinbarung Technische Industriereinigung - Standort Gradestraße“ vom 01.06.2026. Der sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung ergebende Personalbedarf liegt erfahrungsgemäß bei Normalbetrieb bei täglich 3-4 Personen in einer Schicht. Bei Betrieb aller 4 Verladeplätze wird mit einem Personalbedarf von 5 - 6 Personen, aufgeteilt in 2 Schichten (i.d.R. 9x pro Jahr von ca. 4 Wochen).
