SprengV) - Befähigungsschein nach §20 SprengG Sicherheitsüberprüfung der Reinigungskräfte: Mit den Reinigungsarbeiten darf nur ständiges Personal beauftragt werden. Die jeweiligen Beschäftigten sind vorab der Polizei namentlich zu benennen, damit eine Sicherheitsüberprüfung erfolgen kann. Ohne Zustimmung der Polizei darf kein Personal in den Diensträumen tätig werden.
